Whey Smoothies
Orange Creamsicle
1. Prepare in advance creamsicle ice cubes.
Use a hand mixer to mix together 1.5 cups fat free vanilla yogurt (I used yoplait source) with 2 cups orange juice. Pour into 2 ice cube trays and freeze.
2. Blend in a blender on ice crush mode.
3 creamsicle ice cubes, 4 oz skim milk, 1 scoop vanilla whey.
Berry Smoothie
1. Freeze orange or cranberry juice into ice cube trays
Blend in blender on ice crush
.5 cups strawberries (or other berries)
2 juice ice cubes
6 oz skim milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Reese's Peanut Butter Smoothie
Blend together
1 scoop chocolate whey, 8 oz milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp honey
Optional: add .5 medium banana (or 1 small banana). For a treat, freeze a banana after slicing, then blend on ice crush.
