Teriyaki Steak Marinade
Yield: Enough for 2 lbs of beef
Mix together:
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 lg. garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 tsp. ginger powder
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. olive oil
Slice round steak thinly (easier if slightly frozen), and marinate for 1-6 hours. To use marinade as a sauce, drain it from meat, boil it for 2 minutes in a pot, and reserve for later (can add 1-2 tsp corn starch here to thicken). Cook steak in a frying pan.
