Chocolate Fudge Balls

Directions 

Mix:
8 scoops chocolate protein powder (I used chocolate mint and it was fine)
50 g ground oats (use a blender, it is 2/3 cup measured whole)
28 g whole oats (1/3 cup)

Add the following in and mix again:
1/3 cup peanut butter
3 tbsp honey
1/2 c water (if necessary, add additional water 2 tsp at a time until the batter is slightly sticky)

Put into another bowl:
30 g oats

Form 1 inch balls with the first mix and roll in the whole oats. Divide into 10 bunches and put in snack baggies, then freeze.

Nutrition Per Serving (1/10 recipe):

214 calories
6 g fat
17 g carbohydrates
23 g protein
