Banana Pancakes
Yield: 5-6 pancakes
Ingredients
1/4 cup ground oats (~ 28 g)
3 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
dash cinnamon
1/2 medium banana, mashed
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup skim milk
Instructions
Heat oil in frying pan. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine the dry and wet ingredients, stirring just until moistened. For each pancake, pour a scant 1/4 cup measure into pan. Add more oil as necessary.
