Quick Oats

 

 

1/2 cup (40 grams) quick oats
dash cinnamon
2 tbsp applesauce
handful raisins (optional)
2/3 cup water or milk

Put all ingredients in a 3 cup bowl and stir. Cook for 1 min 40 sec in microwave (or 2 min for milk or ice cold water).
