Fitness Accessories

If you feel your grip is holding your strength gains back, I highly recommend investing in certain accessories. Heart rate monitors can allow you to track your level of intensity as well as your calories burned during cardiovascular activity or weightlifting. There are a variety of heart rate monitors to satisfy different wants, but a quality heart rate monitor which monitors your heart rate via chest strap and calculates your calories burned is the Polar F6.
